Send the page URL and the figure you believe is wrong. Every correction is logged with the date and what changed, and if a figure turns out to be unsupportable we take it down rather than leave it up while we look into it.
Reclamaciones sobre una entidad
Bankmatch es un sitio de comparación, no un banco. Las reclamaciones sobre un producto deben dirigirse primero a la entidad; si no se resuelven, puedes elevarlas a the Banco de España and CNMV o al defensor del cliente correspondiente en este mercado.

A wrong rate is a correction. A product that harmed you is a complaint to the provider, then to the Banco de España and CNMV if needed. A list or an ad on Bankmatch that misled you is a complaint about us — use the contact form and say so.
