Send the page URL and the figure you believe is wrong. Every correction is logged with the date and what changed, and if a figure turns out to be unsupportable we take it down rather than leave it up while we look into it.
Complaints about a provider
Bankmatch is a comparison site, not a bank. Complaints about a product must go to the provider first; if unresolved you can escalate to OCC, FDIC and the CFPB or the relevant ombudsman in this market.
Complaints about us
If a comparison, a ranking or an advertisement on this site misled you, tell us through the contact form and mark it as a complaint.
A wrong rate is a correction. A product that harmed you is a complaint to the provider, then to OCC, FDIC and the CFPB if needed. A list or an ad on Bankmatch that misled you is a complaint about us — use the contact form and say so.
